Refund Policy

At PrimeShelves.store, we strive to ensure you love every outfit you purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent refund process.


🛍️ Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.

🔁 Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Custom or made-to-order dresses
  • Lingerie or innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

💳 Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@primeshelves.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including the return address.
  3. Shipping Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚫 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider — processing delays may occur.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@primeshelves.store.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed if products are returned without approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
