🛍️ Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
🔁 Non-Refundable Items
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Custom or made-to-order dresses
- Lingerie or innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
💳 Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at support@primeshelves.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Return Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including the return address.
- Shipping Back: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🚫 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing delays may occur.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@primeshelves.store.
